NANNING: Malaysia has proposed a cross-border mechanism involving Asean and China that introduces a vacation bubble and quarantine arrangement to revive the financial state.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said recognising the vaccination certificates issued by the nations was also an additional region for consideration.
